Moving forward doesn’t always mean doing or achieving things. There is no need to advance at a pace the world says we should.
Journaling is about freeing yourself from the constraints that the world puts you in, not to add another reason to be insecure and self-critical.
Our soul is our ultimate friend and help for life. It is the only person we can run to when we see ourselves without anybody while life around us falls apart.
We may not get what we exactly envisioned for our lives, but what’s more important is the person we are becoming in the process of bends and breaks.
There is a world more fulfilling and exciting than security and comfort. We are here not to follow the rules but to discover our unique calling.
When you write by hand, the tension in your body moves and flows and gradually eases your system. It is like creating a conduit for the stocked-up negative energies inside you.
Having a clear mind is a way of life by choosing to be the master of your thoughts rather than a slave of distractions.
One important lesson I learned this 2024 is to never let what others think of you stop you from making your true choices.
In the spiritual quest of finding you true self, there are no shortcuts or easy routes.
